Features
Manuals: Find and download product manuals at a click of a button. By using this feature it will save you time searching the internet for manuals and give you quick access to important information.
Storage Calculator: The Storage and Network Calculator software can calculate the saving time and required disk space for the recorded video files, and the bandwidth for transferring the video streams. After adding the device with parameters, including channel name, channel number, video standard, scenarios complexity, resolution, frame rate, encoding mode, and recommended bitrate, you can get the related result automatically.
Quotes: DVS Sales Reps can quickly upload a quote to your account and you can use the app to review the quote can make a quick purchase.
DVS Live Chat: Designed for convenience, Live Chat will enable you to speak with our sales team and technical department immediately. Why wait around for replies?
DVS Tech Call Back: You can now log a Tech call online through the new DVS app and one of our Technical Engineers will get back to you. To find out how easy it is, simply try it.
DVS Sales Rep Details: Locate all of your Account Managers details in one place, from direct dial number, email address and LinkedIn details.
Notifications – We will send you details of promotions, new tech landing and other relevant information via the notification section of the app.
