Thank you for submitting your returns form

Your returns submission has been received and is being dealt with by a member of the team.

We will return your completed form via the email address provided within 48 hours, complete with a RMA number.

Please package the parts, and include the returns form, then send to DVS using the address at the bottom of the Returns form, clearly marking the RMA number on the outside of the box.

Any items returned for credit must be less than 28 days old, complete in original, unmarked packaging with all fixing screws (where applicable) and in a as new condition. We will assess the goods once received. If items returned for credit are missing any items or the box is damaged or marked, a restocking fee may be charged.

If the item requires manufacturer repair or extra components are necessary, repair times can range from 1-6 weeks. Due to the volume of items received average repair times are 5-7 working days from receiving the item to despatch.
